We are happy to announce that the Metge gym will again be an official host for the 2026 Murph Challenge!

We will begin at the challenge at 7:00am on Memorial Day, May 25, 2026. The workout is simple and hard:

  1. 1 mile run
  2. 100 pull-ups
  3. 200 push-ups
  4. 300 bodyweight squats
  5. 1 mile run

Rx is with a 20 pound vest or body armor, it can also be done without any added weight.
